UPDATE: HITEC RCD LOSES
LAWSUIT!!!!!!!!
Hitec RCD was successfully sued in NJ Superior Court and a judgment was entered against the company.
Six months after the judgment was entered, they opted to satisfy it instead of having their assets seized.
Four servos could have been replaced, but Hitec denied any responsibility and then lied about it. When
dealing with Tony Ohm or Mike Mayberry at Hitec, GET IT IN WRITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
